Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect to help U.S. customers design and implement GenAI and ML solutions using Bedrock, SageMaker AI, and Nova models. You will work with field sales, craft scalable architectures, and enable adoption across industries.

You’ll create blogs, reference architectures, and hands-on workshops to empower customers to leverage generative AI on AWS, while coordinating with service teams on feedback and product improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software development, cloud computing, or related areas.
• Experience with GenAI/ML and production ML systems.
• Familiarity with GenAI ecosystem, model providers, orchestration frameworks, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business and technical needs; design AWS-based GenAI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with field teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue in AMERICAS.
• Evangelize AWS GenAI/ML services through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and workshops.
• Liaise between customers and AI/ML service teams to provide feedback and drive product improvements.
• Help build an internal GenAI expert community across the AMERICAS.
