Job summary

Amazon is seeking a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect to help customers design and adopt AI/ML solutions on AWS. The role focuses on GenAI/ML stack, including Bedrock, SageMaker, and agentic AI portfolios, with cross-team collaboration and developer enablement.

You will craft architectures, guide customers from concept to production, and contribute to blog posts and workshops to promote best practices in generative AI on AWS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
• Experience in software development or Internet-related industries.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and design solutions using AWS AI/ML services.
• Collaborate with SAs, Sales, and AI/ML service teams to accelerate adoption.
• Evangelize AWS GenAI/ML services through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures.
• Serve as liaison between customers and AI/ML teams for feedback.
• Develop and support an internal GenAI community to identify opportunities.
