Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a GenAI/ML Solutions Architect in San Francisco to help customers design and adopt GenAI/ML solutions using Bedrock, SageMaker, and Nova models.

You will partner with field teams, develop reference architectures, and deliver workshops and blog content to accelerate AI adoption across the AMERICAS, traveling up to 30% as needed.

You will translate business needs into production-scale pipelines, ensuring responsible AI practices and scalable inference.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.

Responsibilities

• Working with customers' development, data science, and AI engineering teams to deeply understand their business and technical needs and design AWS solutions using Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, SageMaker AI, Nova models, Quick, Kiro, and more.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development, and the AI/ML service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment in the AMERICAS for AWS GenAI/ML services.
• Thought Leadership: Evangelize AWS GenAI/ML services and share best practices through forums, blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, sample code, and public events.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, and broader AI/ML service teams to gather customer feedback and influence product improvements.
• Develop and support an internal AWS GenAI community in the AMERICAS to enable field teams to identify and position opportunities.
