Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. GenAI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect to help customers design GenAI-enabled solutions using AWS AI/ML services. The role covers the Americas with travel up to 50% and collaboration across sales, service, and engineering teams.

You will work with customers to understand needs, design pipelines, and influence product direction through feedback and public content. Strong ML background and AWS ecosystem familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains (software/cloud) with ML/AI focus.
• Experience designing ML solutions for customers using AWS
• Experience in a sales or customer-facing technical role (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design ML solutions with customers using AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Rekognition, Transcribe).
• Partner with SAs, Sales, and AI/ML service teams to accelerate adoption in the Americas.
• Produce technical content (white papers, blogs, reference architectures) for GenAI.
• Foster an internal GenAI community of experts in the Americas.
