Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect to help customers design GenAI/ML solutions on AWS, spanning Bedrock, SageMaker AI, and Nova foundation models. You will work across field sales teams, architecting RAG pipelines, agentic AI workflows, and production-scale inference.

Travel up to 30% across the United States may be needed. Deep technical expertise and strong collaboration with service teams will be essential to drive adoption and best practices in the GenAI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (software/cloud/systems/infrastructure)
• 3+ years in design/implementation/consulting for apps/infrastructures
• Experience in a technical role within a sales organization

Responsibilities

• Design solutions leveraging AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, SageMaker AI, Nova) for customers in AMERICAS.
• Collaborate with SAs, Sales, and AI/ML teams to accelerate adoption and revenue with GenAI/ML offerings.
• Evangelize AWS GenAI/ML services through blogs, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
• Act as a technical liaison to provide customer-driven feedback to product teams.
