Job summary

Teladoc Health seeks an AI Engineer – Data & AI Platform to architect and operationalize scalable generative AI and ML solutions across Snowflake, Databricks, and modern MLOps ecosystems.

You will partner with data scientists and platform teams to deploy end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, set technical direction, and mentor engineers for production-readiness in regulated healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML engineering roles with GenAI/LLM production experience.
• Experience deploying GenAI solutions with RAG, vector DB integration, and agentic LLM systems.
• Proficiency with Snowflake or Databricks and core AI infrastructure tools.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize GenAI and LLM apps with scalable pipelines.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML pipelines and services.
• Integrate AI models with data lakehouse platforms and secure APIs.
