Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking an AI Engineer - Data & AI Platform to architect, build, and operationalize scalable GenAI and ML solutions across Snowflake, Databricks, and modern MLOps ecosystems.

The role partners with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to design end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, ensure production-grade reliability, and drive innovation across Teladoc's AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AI/ML engineering experience in production GenAI/LLM systems.
• Experience deploying LLM/GenAI solutions including RAG and vector databases.
• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks as core AI/ML platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with large data processing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize GenAI and LLM applications using RAG, vector search, and prompt engineering.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of production-grade LLM/ML pipelines.
• Architect data and AI workflows on Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure ML.
• Build and maintain API-based AI services (FastAPI, Flask) at scale.
• Define CI/CD pipelines for GenAI/ML services using GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps, MLflow, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Mentor ML engineers and data scientists on engineering rigor and production-readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI services into products with security and compliance.
• Troubleshoot production AI systems, addressing latency and drift.
