Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs and related tools.
• Experience deploying AI/ML in production environments.

Responsibilities

• GenAI solution development: hands-on implementation and deployment of scalable AI frameworks.
• Full-stack integration: build applications that integrate ML and LLM tools.
• AI advancement & prototyping: explore and prototype latest AI advancements.
• Collaboration: work with AI researchers, data scientists and engineers to scale solutions.
• Code development & standards: write production-grade code and set technical standards.
• Deployment: take AI capabilities from PoC to production in cloud-native environments.
• Performance evaluation: design metrics to monitor AI system and agent behavior.
