Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with modern languages, frameworks, APIs, and cloud services.
• Direct experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work in ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support proof-of-concept and production-grade GenAI apps.
• Evaluate AI tools, platforms, vendors, and capabilities for business use.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows using LLMs, RAG, and cloud services.
• Turn business ideas into prototypes with rapid testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI productivity and risk opportunities.
• Prepare inputs for governance, risk, and model review processes.
• Document approaches, architectures, and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Present findings and roadmaps to leadership and partners.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing GenAI improvement.
• Stay current on GenAI trends, security, and risk management.
