Amazon is seeking a Business Development Specialist within the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) Startup team. You will engage with CxO/VPs and developers to drive GenAI-focused adoption, develop pipelines, and secure lighthouse customers while shaping GTM strategy for startups in the western US.

You will collaborate with AWS Product and Marketing to align programs, provide technical thought leadership, and influence product roadmaps.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Data & AI technologies experience (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology.
• Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certificate.
• Startup background and experience at a VC or PE-backed firm in a Product, BD, or Sales Executive capacity.
• Established track record of building rapport with Startup executives and closing strategic deals.
• Strong data-based storytelling skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with Startup executives and developers.
• Cloud expertise as demonstrated by one or more cloud certifications.
