Job summary

BlackCube Labs in Irving, TX is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer with extensive GenAI and full-stack expertise to deliver GenAI-powered solutions and integrate AI into enterprise SDLC processes onsite. You will collaborate with enterprise LOB teams to accelerate product delivery and adoption of AI tooling.

The role requires Advanced Java 17 + Spring Boot microservices, hands-on GenAI experience, including MCP development, and strong full-stack capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy GenAI-powered solutions
Integrate AI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows
Partner with LOB teams to accelerate product delivery
Lead AI tool onboarding, training, and enablement
Establish GenAI best practices and adoption strategies
Optimize AI tool performance and workflows
Troubleshoot, tune, and scale enterprise AI solutions
