Job summary

B Capital is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work with Generative AI deployments in Dallas, Texas. This hands-on role focuses on designing, building, and deploying intelligent applications, where you'll partner with customers to solve high-impact problems with technologies like Python and Langchain.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in software engineering. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end GenAI deployments and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in software engineering or solutions engineering.
• Proven expertise in Python, Langchain, LangGraph, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical complexity to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of GenAI applications for customers.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Python and LLM frameworks.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
