Genius Business Solutions Inc. (GBSI) seeks a highly experienced Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) with deep GenAI and full-stack capabilities. You will deploy, integrate, and optimize AI-driven solutions to improve SDLC processes and productivity across global teams.

Lead GenAI tool adoption, architect multi-agent workflows, and ensure scalable, reliable deployments within enterprise environments. Collaboration with Wells Fargo LOB teams and cross-functional groups is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 14+ years hands-on enterprise software experience.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as Devin, Claude, Cursor.
• Strong SDLC, cloud platform knowledge, and modern development practices.
• Ability to lead in fast-paced enterprise environments with high adoption demands.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered solutions.
• Integrate GenAI tools into CI/CD and internal platforms.
• Partner with LOB teams to accelerate product delivery.
• Lead tool onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives.
• Drive adoption and establish best practices for GenAI usage.
• Monitor and optimize tool performance, efficiency, and usage.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support.
