Job summary

Doist is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to architect and deploy GenAI-powered solutions across enterprise SDLC workflows. You will collaborate with LOB teams to accelerate product delivery and lead onboarding of AI tools within a fast-paced environment.

Required 12+ years of experience with strong GenAI expertise, including MCP development, and hands-on full-stack capabilities in Java, Spring Boot, React/TypeScript, and Python. Onsite in Irving, TX, five days a week.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience required with strong GenAI focus.
Experience implementing GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
Hands-on with MCP development and onboarding GenAI tooling.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy GenAI-powered solutions.
Integrate AI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows.
Partner with LOB teams to accelerate product delivery.
Lead AI tool onboarding, training, and enablement.
Establish GenAI best practices and adoption strategies.
Optimize AI tool performance and workflows.
Troubleshoot, tune, and scale enterprise AI solutions.
