Job summary

Doist is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to architect and deploy GenAI-powered solutions across enterprise SDLC workflows. You will collaborate with LOB teams to accelerate product delivery and lead onboarding of AI tools within a fast-paced environment.

Required 12+ years of experience with strong GenAI expertise, including MCP development, and hands-on full-stack capabilities in Java, Spring Boot, React/TypeScript, and Python. Onsite in Irving, TX, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience required with strong GenAI focus.
• Experience implementing GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with MCP development and onboarding GenAI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy GenAI-powered solutions.
• Integrate AI tools into enterprise SDLC workflows.
• Partner with LOB teams to accelerate product delivery.
• Lead AI tool onboarding, training, and enablement.
• Establish GenAI best practices and adoption strategies.
• Optimize AI tool performance and workflows.
• Troubleshoot, tune, and scale enterprise AI solutions.
