Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer to design and deploy GenAI-powered solutions, integrate AI tools into enterprise SDLC, and drive AI adoption with LOB teams. This role requires strong expertise in GenAI, MCP, and full-stack development in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

You will lead onboarding, provide training, and establish best practices while scaling AI workflows and tool performance across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience required; 14+ years preferred.
• Strong GenAI experience, including MCP development.
• Ability to drive GenAI adoption in fast-paced enterprise environments.
