Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to serve as the technical lead for GenAI Services. You will own the architecture, depth, and hands-on execution of inference pipelines across heterogeneous generative models and APIs that power Adobe products.

You will collaborate with Applied Science, ML Engineering leadership, and product teams to define the roadmap and standards, driving performance, reliability, and scalable deployment at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, including production-scale deployment and serving.
3+ years leading the technical direction of large-scale, GPU-intensive GenAI inference systems.
Deep experience with inference frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, CUDA, Triton, TensorRT, Nvidia Dynamo, and Python.
Strong understanding of generative model architectures and multi-model pipelines for enterprise-scale serving.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of core GenAI services and APIs integrating first-party and third-party models.
Architect ML serving workflows for enterprise-scale model customization, deployment, and ecosystem integration.
Co-develop and optimize GPU-accelerated inference pipelines prioritizing latency, throughput, and reliability.
Design and architect the product backend and plugin ecosystem for internal and external integrations.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor ML engineers.
