Job summary

Saxon Global is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for a 12-month contract focused on AI and software engineering, with deep domain expertise in Finance, Banking, and supply chains. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, build GenAI solutions, and deploy prototypes within 90 days.

The role requires 12+ years of IT experience, strong Python skills, and familiarity with RAG, AI agents, and enterprise systems. Remote work in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Python is mandatory.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with AI agents / multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Proficient in prompt engineering.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills.
• ETL/ELT and data modeling experience.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM).
• Excellent stakeholder/client-facing communication.
• Domain expertise in Finance, Banking, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Commodities.
• Experience building AI prototypes/POCs and driving business transformation.
