Cardinal Health – Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services seeks an AI Engineer to design and deploy GenAI-powered applications aiding healthcare operations, patient services, and internal workflows. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS/AI or related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and at least one other language.
- 2+ years building GenAI/LLM apps in enterprise environments.
- Experience with agentic/multi-step AI workflows and orchestration frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deploy GenAI apps with RAG, prompting, fine-tuning, and vector search.
- Build Python APIs and components for scalable AI services.
- Develop multi-step agentic workflows using LangGraph or similar tools.
- Integrate AI into healthcare/pharmacy workflows and analytics.
- Deploy and monitor GenAI models with MLOps practices.
- Collaborate on cross-cloud architecture (Azure/GCP) and secure design.
