You will work with product, engineering, data, and business teams to build reliable, compliant AI solutions that scale across cloud environments.

The role emphasizes agentic workflows, RAG techniques, vector search, and robust security practices aligned with HIPAA and PHI handling. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Python and Java/.Net/C#-style languages.
• 2+ years hands-on GenAI/LLM-based solution experience in real-world or enterprise environments.
• Experience designing agentic or multi-step AI workflows using orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of retrieval pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure and/or GCP).
• Familiarity with secure application development and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and deploy GenAI applications including RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and vector search.
• Build and maintain Python-based APIs and components to support AI services in production.
• Develop multi-step, agentic workflows for reasoning, task execution, and orchestration.
• Integrate AI capabilities into healthcare workflows and internal systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and privacy requirements.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize GenAI models using cloud-native tooling and MLOps best practices.
