Job summary

Vacaturebank is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to act as the hands-on engine driving GenAI solutions across Teams—Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering. You will unblock technical hurdles, build rapid prototypes, and showcase plug-and-play setups.

The role requires 2–4 years in technical business analysis or solutions engineering, strong Python/API skills, and experience with enterprise GenAI environments. Hybrid work with occasional travel is available.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 2-4 years hands-on experience in technical business analysis, systems integration, or solutions engineering.
• Clear and patient communicator able to coach non-technical colleagues without using overly technical jargon.
• Proactive and curious investigator with cross-department collaboration skills.
• Experience creating genAI solutions with enterprise GenAI environments like OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude.
• Strong proficiency with API integrations, Python scripting, and automation platforms like Workato or n8n.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Pragmatic, hands-on builder delivering fast, working prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Technical resolution and support for non-technical teams to bring GenAI experiments to completion.
• Rapid prototyping and automation using GenAI tools and workflows.
• Demos and capability showcases across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Coaching and workshops on prompt engineering and workflow setups.
• Evaluation and validation of emerging GenAI capabilities and platforms.
• Experiment tracking and standardisation via the central AI Experiment Registry.
