Job summary

Techolution LLC is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to help enterprises adopt Gemini Enterprise and translate Generative AI capabilities into measurable business value. You will bridge AI capabilities with business workflows, prototype solutions, and drive adoption across customer teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI solution engineering or similar customer-facing roles with enterprise clients.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and adoption programs translating business challenges into AI use cases.
• Ability to explain Generative AI concepts to business and executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise processes and identify AI opportunities delivering measurable value.
• Conduct AI discovery and Value Finder workshops to prioritize use cases.
• Prototype and demonstrate solutions using Gemini, Vertex AI, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automate solutions based on customer needs.
• Integrate AI with enterprise apps, APIs, and data sources; extend capabilities beyond out-of-the-box.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and solution architects to move prototypes toward production.
• Deliver customer demos, enablement sessions, and hands-on training.
• Create reusable AI agents, workflows, prompts, playbooks, and enablement assets.
• Track adoption and business outcomes such as ROI, productivity gains, and time savings.
