Job summary

Accenture in the United States is recruiting an experienced Organization Change Management professional to help clients reinvent work in an AI-enabled, data-informed environment. You will lead large-scale transformation programs, design change strategies, and partner with clients to enable GenAI‑driven workforce changes.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years in OCM, 1 year in consulting, 1 year in tech/digital transformation (GenAI exposure preferred), and 1 year in Chemical & Natural

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working on technology‑enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large‑scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human‑centered experiences in environments shaped by data, automation, and Generative AI
• Design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change in contexts where ways of working, roles, and skills are evolving rapidly alongside advances in technology and AI
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and responsible use while reinforcing clear human accountability and governance.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI‑enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption and behavior change, and inform decisions and course correction.
• Design agile, future‑ready change strategies that enable new ways of working, including operating models where humans and digital tools work together seamlessly.
• Applyhuman‑centered design principles to co‑create change solutionsand personalized change journeys that can be scaled through digital and AI‑enabled approaches Use Generative AI thoughtfully to accelerate change delivery, such as developing, testing, and tailoring engagement content, learning assets, and manager enablement, while remaining accountable for quality, tone, and impact
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities so they can continuously adapt as technologies, business models and ways of working evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and building trusted client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
