Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Organization Change Management professional to help clients navigate AI-enabled transformations, design change programs, and enable sustainable adoption at scale.

The role requires 2+ years OCM, 1+ year consulting, 1+ year digital transformation experience (GenAI preferred), and 1 year in Chemical & Natural Resources. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts and reimagine work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data, automation, and GenAI-enabled contexts.
• Design enterprise change programs and help clients execute and sustain change as ways of working evolve with technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define and enable GenAI use across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, and governance.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change; inform decisions and course corrections.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies that integrate humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and tailor engagement content, learning assets, and manager enablement.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities to adapt as technology and business models evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and client relationships.
