Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking leaders in organizational change management to help clients reinvent how work happens in an AI-enabled world. The role focuses on human-centered change, workforce transformation, and governance as organizations adopt GenAI and data-driven practices.

You will design enterprise change programs, partner with clients on GenAI usage, and guide adoption using analytics, ensuring accountability and responsible use across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in environments shaped by data, automation, and Generative AI
• Design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change in contexts where ways of working, roles, and skills are evolving rapidly alongside advances in technology and AI
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and responsible use while reinforcing clear human accountability and governance.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption and behavior change, and inform decisions and course correction.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies that enable new ways of working, including operating models where humans and digital tools work together seamlessly.
