Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Change Management professional to help clients reinvent their organizations in an AI-enabled, data-informed world. You will design and lead large-scale change programs, focusing on workforce models, skills shifts, governance, and human-centered experiences. Travel to client sites will be required.

The role emphasizes GenAI-driven analytics, communications, and learning content, with a focus on responsible, human-centric adoption and ongoing capability building.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data, automation, and GenAI contexts.
• Design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change as modes and skills evolve with technology and AI.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI use across the organization with readiness, skills shifts, and governance.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys and engagement content.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities for continuous adaptation.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel to support clients.
