Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management professional to partner with clients on AI-enabled transformations. You will design change programs, leverage GenAI for communications and learning, and guide adoption across organizations, balancing human accountability with data-driven insights.

You will work with clients in environments where work processes are evolving rapidly due to AI, automation, and data analytics, delivering scalable, responsible change outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data, automation, and GenAI-enhanced environments.
• Design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change
• Partner with clients to define and enable how GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, and governance.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption, and inform decisions.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies for new ways of working with human and digital collaboration.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change solutions and personalized journeys.
• Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities to adapt as technologies evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
