Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Organization Change Management professional to help clients reinvent work in an AI-enabled, data-informed environment. You will drive change programs, leverage GenAI insights, and contribute to human-centered change initiatives across client organizations.

Join a team at the forefront of talent, HR, and organizational consulting, working across AI-enabled skilling, leadership development, and change management to deliver impact. Frequent travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work and workforce models.
• Design enterprise change programs that help clients adapt as roles and skills evolve with technology.
• Define and enable GenAI use across organizations with governance and accountability.
• Use data and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies and scalable change journeys.
