Job summary

You will mentor engineers, develop scalable test suites using Java, JavaScript, and Python with Selenium or Playwright, and champion CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 12+ yrs QE and test automation hands-on experience across the tech stack
• Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript and Python
• Selenium and Playwright for web/mobile automation
• API testing using REST Assured or equivalent frameworks
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Cucumber
• Experience with Angular, Spring Boot microservices, and Mule gateway
• GenAI exposure via Copilot or similar
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like Rally

Responsibilities

• Lead the automation team and build scalable test automation suites
• Design/Develop/Test automation frameworks and maintain CI/CD integration
• Mentor teammates and drive DevOps adoption across projects
• Deliver engineering metrics and root cause analysis reports
• Keep up with market trends and introduce new automation solutions
