Job summary

Accenture is seeking a change leader to help clients reinvent how work operates in an AI-enabled, data-informed world. You will design enterprise change programs, drive adoption of GenAI across organizations, and ensure governance with clear human accountability.

The role requires experience in organizational change management, consulting, and technology-enabled transformations, including GenAI exposure. Travel may be involved as needed to support client initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if Associate’s degree, 6+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data, automation, and GenAI.
• Design enterprise change programs and help clients execute and sustain change as ways of working evolve with technology and AI.
• Define and enable GenAI use across the organization with governance and human accountability.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption, and inform decisions.
