Qualifications

• 2+ years of origination, qualification, and closing opportunities; proposals and BD experience.
• Experience applying AI/GenAI tools in strategic or M&A contexts; strong network within corporate development/PE.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A strategy engagements from inception through execution with measurable client impact.
• Manage client relationships with C-suite executives and oversee deal framing, diligence, integration planning, and divestiture planning.
• Develop and present growth, transformation, and portfolio strategies enabled by M&A; drive value creation.
• Embed GenAI into M&A workflows to accelerate target identification and diligence synthesis.
