Job summary

Citi seeks a results-driven Generative AI practitioner to lead enterprise GenAI and agentic AI initiatives across its Controls Technology platform in Tampa, FL. You will translate AI strategy into production-ready capabilities, delivering scalable GenAI solutions with strong governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, AI or related field.
• 6+ years in AI/ML with 3+ years in Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services for AI/GenAI.
• Strong production delivery portfolio of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• GenAI delivery leadership from ideation to deployment and post-launch support.
• Build and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team.
• Oversee design, development, and production readiness of GenAI apps.
• Drive agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration standards.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and program risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with data mesh, cloud, MLOps and business units for integration.
• Promote CI/CD, LLMOps, observability, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Implement governance and ethical AI guardrails across delivery.
