Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management professional to help clients reimagine work in an AI-enabled landscape. You will lead transformation programs, shape change strategies, and drive adoption while ensuring accountability and governance.

Role requires experience in technology-enabled transformations, consulting, and a background in organizational change with a focus on data-driven insights and GenAI applications. Minnesota-based position may involve travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven environments.
• Design enterprise change programs to help clients execute and sustain change amidst evolving roles and skills.
• Partner with clients to define GenAI usage across the organization with readiness, governance, and human accountability in mind.
• Use data and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change to guide decisions.
