Job summary

Accenture, located in California, seeks an experienced Organization Change Management professional to help clients reinvent work in an AI-enabled, data-informed environment. You will lead change initiatives, design programs and governance for GenAI adoption, and collaborate with clients to realize rapid, scalable outcomes.

The role emphasizes change leadership, analytics-driven decisions, and cross-functional teamwork with travel as needed to support major transformations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of Chemical & Natural Resources Industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Bonus points for GenAI-driven change delivery and analytics
• Experience in HR/talent processes and governance

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale reinvention efforts including work redesign and workforce models.
• Design enterprise change programs and sustain change in evolving contexts.
• Define and enable GenAI usage across organizations with governance and accountability.
• Use data and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness and guide decisions.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies and operating models.
• Apply human-centered design to scalable change journeys with AI-enabled content.
• Help clients build scalable change capabilities to adapt to evolving tech.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel to support client engagements.
