Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, GenAI AWS Platform Engineering for the Technology Services team in Raritan, NJ. You will lead the modernization of the enterprise GenAI platform on AWS, defining the reference architecture and migrating to Bedrock and native AWS services using a multi-account design.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership of a production AWS estate at enterprise scale
• Experience delivering infrastructure via IaC as the primary interface

Responsibilities

• Own the GenAI cloud-native modernization roadmap on AWS and re-platform onto Bedrock and AWS-native services
• Define and enforce a cloud-native-by-default architecture across multi-account environments
• Lead the AWS platform engineering team and coordinate with Azure team for cross-cloud consistency
• Codify the estate as IaC via Terraform and CDK, including pipelines and drift detection
• Drive cost, performance, resilience engineering and governance with Quality and ISRM teams
