Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, SAP BTP AI Engineering to lead AI innovation, engineering, and delivery across SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Base location: Raritan, NJ.

You will drive AI SDLC, Generative AI, and agentic AI initiatives to accelerate ERP transformations and technology services value realization. You will partner with SAP, external vendors, and internal teams to implement reusable AI patterns, secure production-grade solutions, and scalable AI capabilities

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology experience with SAP engineering and large-scale transformation.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong experience with SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise app development.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, SAP Business AI, Joule, and AI-assisted software engineering.
• Certifications in SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, AI/ML are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP BTP AI Engineering supporting S/4HANA transformation initiatives across MedTech, Innovative Medicine, and Enterprise Finance.
• Drive architecture, development, engineering standards, reusable services, and delivery frameworks for enterprise AI solutions built on SAP BTP.
• Partner with S/4 transformation teams to identify, prioritize, develop, and scale high-value AI use cases.
• Ensure AI capabilities progress rapidly from experimentation to secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Establish reusable AI engineering patterns across S/4 programs, products, and business processes.
• Own and advance ERP AI SDLC innovation roadmap and AI capabilities across the ERP lifecycle.
• Drive AI-assisted development capabilities for requirements engineering, architecture, coding, testing, security, deployment, and maintenance.
• Establish an integrated AI engineering experience across SAP development technologies (ABAP, RAP, CAP, Fiori/UI5, BTP, APIs, integrations).
• Lead Joule adoption for Developers, Joule Agents, SAP Business AI, and related productivity tools.
• Define measurable productivity metrics and KPI frameworks for AI engineering value.
