Job summary

TikTok Inc. in New York seeks an AI Deployment Strategist for the Ads vertical to lead transformational AI initiatives for global advertisers. You will partner with brands, agencies, and product teams to reimagine advertising workflows using Seedance and other GenAI tools.

You will own deployments end-to-end, prototype solutions, measure impact, and scale successful pilots. The role requires hands-on AI experience, strong communication with senior leaders, and a passion for turning advanced AI

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology, product management, or AI solutions with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Hands-on use of Generative AI tools and eager to build with emerging tech.
• Able to prototype AI solutions independently and iterate quickly.
• Experience with APIs, prompt engineering, AI models, and agentic workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation for strategic advertisers and partner with global brands and agencies.
• Identify opportunities to apply GenAI across creative production, localization, and optimization.
• Own deployments end-to-end from prototyping to launching and scaling.
• Build and deploy AI-native creative workflows using Seedance and other tools.
• Experiment rapidly with prompting, model orchestration, and automation to solve advertiser challenges.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Drive measurable business impact: advertiser adoption, campaign performance, and production efficiency.
• Turn pilots into scalable, repeatable solutions across advertisers, agencies, and industries.
