Polynomic is seeking a Founding Deployment Strategist to bridge customer challenges with our AI-powered ads platform. You will own the full lifecycle of customer engagements, from onboarding to deployment, ensuring white-glove service and measurable value.

You will advise on ad strategy, optimize performance, and leverage AI to streamline workflows. This in-person role in New York requires exceptional communication and a drive to deliver results for marquee brands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting or high-performance environment with ads and/or performance marketing.
• Extremely organized, bias to action, and thrive in ambiguity.
• Great communicator, warm and competent in writing and speaking.
• Quantitative aptitude; comfortable with SQL and data analysis.
• AI-native; use AI to create leverage in workflows and data.
• Obsess over details and delivering value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer success and deployments: onboarding, implementation, and account health for key clients.
• Advise customers on ads and performance marketing strategy; set them up for brand moments.
• Lean heavily on AI to automate and replace manual workflows.
• Champion a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence.
• Fill gaps and do whatever it takes to help customers succeed.
