Job summary

N-iX is seeking a GenAI Adoption Lead/AI Architect to drive discovery and early implementation of an enterprise AI-enabled SDLC transformation. You will shape architecture, enable agentic workflows, and lead adoption with measurable engineering outcomes across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role combines hands-on engineering, governance, and stakeholder management in a flexible office/remote setup for a global healthcare-focused client. Prior pharma/regulated experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, architecture, or technical consulting with Generative AI focus.
• Proven track record leading GenAI adoption and enterprise AI initiatives.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and multi-agent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and AI adoption assessment across SDLC, tooling, and teams.
• Define GenAI solution architecture and integration with CI/CD and Jira/Confluence.
• Drive a prioritized transformation roadmap with measurable AI impact.
• Lead design and implementation of agentic workflows and governance practices.
• Run pilots end-to-end and convert findings into reusable engineering playbooks.
