Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a GenAI Solutions Architect to design, build, and support GenAI-enabled applications and workflows for enterprise-scale deployments. You will evaluate models and deployment approaches, implement model-driven workflows, and collaborate with software, security, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable GenAI solutions.

This remote role requires strong technical communication, governance, and documentation skills, with a focus on responsible AI and operational readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with GenAI, Python, APIs, and containers.
Experience with Ollama and Qwen models.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy GenAI-enabled applications and services.
Evaluate foundation models and deployment approaches (Qwen, Ollama).
Design model-driven workflows with prompting and RAG.
Provide technical input on feasibility, architecture, and security.
Create reference designs, docs, and operating procedures.
Educate stakeholders on GenAI capabilities and risks.
Develop reporting on GenAI initiatives and outcomes.
