Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Services AI Change Management & Adoption Leader to drive hands-on activation and sustained adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the Gas Power Services business.

You will partner with process owners, GenAI Process Managers, and IT/DT teams to define a repeatable change management playbook and own the Context Management process focusing on fleet, unit, and site data for AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of change management, adoption/enablement, or transformation in a complex matrixed org.
• 5+ years in Services, Supply Chain, or industrial operations roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process flows and data structures.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a standardized change management playbook for GenAI initiatives.
• Own end-to-end Context Management—fleet, unit, site data and context management.
