Qualifications

• Master’s in computer science, computer engineering, electronics, or related field with two+ years of industry experience.
• Strong backend engineering foundation: services, data models, asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building prototypes or production apps using generative AI.
• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate) and caching (Redis, Memcached).
• Hands-on with retrieval-augmented generation and context engineering focusing on reliability, cost, and latency.
• Strong agent design, including prompt engineering, tool use, and multi-step workflows (ReAct).
• Ability to translate complex ideas into scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI prompts and GenAI applications.
• Develop application and component strategies including UX and backend.
• Implement GenAI observability pipelines for trace data, prompts, and latency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI systems with business goals.
• Support testing, production troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Document architecture, methodologies, and innovations for knowledge transfer.
• Lead code reviews and guide enhancements and issue resolution.
