Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/EE/CE or related fields with 4+ years AI/ML experience.
• Master's degree in CS/AI/EE/CE or related fields with 2+ years AI/ML experience.
• At least 4 years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components.
• Leverage OSS and SaaS AI technologies like AWS Ultraclusters, HuggingFace, PyTorch.
• Invent foundation model optimization techniques to improve performance and cost.
• Contribute to the technical vision and long-term AI system roadmap.
• Own end-to-end architecture for complex AI systems with observability and ethics.
• Define and maintain SLOs for AI reliability including latency and model drift.
• Collaborate with infrastructure to optimize GPU/TPU utilization and pipelines.
• Lead technical reviews for new AI deployments ensuring security and governance.
• Mentor associates on scalable design and production translation.
