Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/EE/CE with 6+ years experience OR Master's degree with 4+ years experience in AI/ML
• 6+ years programming experience in Python/Go/Scala/CUDA/Java

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-powered products with cross-functional teams including engineers, researchers, PMs
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components such as LLM inference and agent workflows
• Optimize multi-model orchestration pipelines integrating LLMs, vector search, and domain models
• Contribute to technical vision and long-term roadmap of foundational AI systems
• Establish cost-performance governance and monitor GPU utilization, throughput, and inference cost efficiency
• Mentor senior AI engineers and uphold AI engineering standards
