Job summary

Experis Austria is seeking a Gen AI Developer with C#/.NET to join a financial services client in Austin, TX. You will drive AI-assisted workflows across the SDLC, collaborating with .NET engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver reliable business solutions in a complex financial domain.

Design and implement scalable, event-driven apps using .NET, Kafka, and cloud-native architecture. Build high-volume services and APIs, optimize performance, and ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, resilient, event-driven applications using .NET, Kafka, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Build and modernize high-volume services, APIs, and distributed application capabilities supporting reliable transaction processing.
• Partner with architects, product owners, developers, and adjacent technology teams to translate business capabilities into high-quality technical solutions.
• Use GenAI coding assistants to accelerate implementation, refactoring, unit testing, regression support, code reviews, scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and documentation—while maintaining ownership for correctness and quality.
• Apply agentic workflows, prompt engineering, custom instructions, and spec-driven development practices to improve productivity across teams.
