The role requires hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, cloud-native architectures, and large-language models, with a focus on scalable, reliable systems for broker-dealer operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale software in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, cloud-native development and APIs.
• Demonstrated exposure to GenAI coding assistants in SDLC workflows.
• Hands-on AI/ML deployment experience preferred.
• Cloud and container orchestration with CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-focused workflows across the SDLC and collaborate with engineers and architects.
• Build intelligent systems for broker-dealer domain impact and reliability.
• Drive AI adoption with spec-driven design, prompt engineering, and team practices.
• Communicate effectively and mentor peers in AI-assisted development.
