You will mentor engineering teams, define best practices, and ensure scalable, secure systems using .NET, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in system architecture and distributed design.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI systems.
• Deep understanding of RAG, agentic AI, and prompt engineering.
• Strong proficiency in .NET backend development.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering technically.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end system design across APIs, frontend, and data layers.
• Define and own architecture diagrams, blueprints, and design docs.
• Lead GenAI engineering using Claude API, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Oversee backend development with .NET and .NET Core; ensure robust deployment with Docker, CI/CD, and AWS.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders; drive delivery timelines.
