Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Austin, TX or Southlake, TX is seeking a .NET Developer with AI to contribute to ultra-low latency trading platforms. Hybrid 4 days on site, 1 day WFH.

You will work across .NET, event-driven architecture, cloud-native platforms, and GenAI-assisted delivery to build reliable financial solutions. Requires 5+ years in scalable .NET, Kafka, cloud, observability, and performance discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of scalable, resilient, event-driven apps using .NET, Kafka, and cloud-native patterns.
• Build and modernize high-volume services, APIs, and distributed capabilities for reliable transaction processing.
• Partner with architects, product owners, developers, and adjacent teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Use GenAI coding assistants to accelerate implementation, testing, refactoring, code reviews, scripting, automation, and documentation.
• Apply agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and spec-driven development to improve productivity.
• Strengthen engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews, performance analysis, observability, and production readiness.
• Support modernization by moving legacy capabilities to distributed .NET services and cloud-native platforms.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment and promote responsible AI-assisted development practices.
