Motion Recruitment Partners LLC seeks an Associate Forward Deployed AI Engineer to build and deploy AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation solutions. You will convert business requirements into production-ready AI applications, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and optimize AI applications in production, including prompt workflows and grounding logic. This hybrid role is based in Frisco, TX, with 3-5 days on-site per week.

Competenze

• 2+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, automation, or data engineering experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with Python, APIs, and modern application development; cloud familiarity.

Mansioni

• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build AI assistants and GenAI-powered applications.
• Develop LLM-based solutions, prompts, and grounding logic.
