Job summary

REALIGN LLC is seeking an AI Lead (Generative AI) to drive prompt engineering and build AI-powered workflows on-site in Irving, TX or Tampa, FL. You will deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models in production, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration and scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with major ML frameworks and tools like LangChain, HuggingFace, and LlamaIndex, along with a strong emphasis on responsible AI practices and data

Qualifications

• Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models in production.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities.
• Hands-on with major ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras).
• Familiar with LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of data privacy and responsible AI principles.
• On-site availability in Irving, TX or Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to prompt engineering and development of AI-powered workflows.
• Assist with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and API development for AI applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and reliability.
